　　倒叙推理，着重如howcatchem（如何抓住犯人），而不是常见的whodunit（谁是凶手）、howdunit（手法）或whydunit（动机）。因此在日本若出现倒叙推理的作品，往往会被叫成‘神探可伦坡或古畑任三郎风格’。日本著名编剧 三谷幸喜 从小就可伦坡迷，长大后更是创作了’日本版神探可伦坡’－《古畑任三郎》。
